| Bruno is the most
successful of the Gynt sons.
Bruno is a member of our 'Current Show Team'. Due to
other commitments (both his and ours :-)), he doesn't
make many appearances in the ring, in 2005 he had 6
shows and still managed to win Best of Breed at
Sydney Royal (under a breed specialist) and Best of
Breed at Brisbane Royal where he has won BOB for
the last 3 years. He won his first Sydney Royal BOB as
a 15mth old dog. Bruno is only the second black Briard
in Australia to win a Best in Show award at an All
Breeds Show - to his credit he has 3 Best in Shows and
2 Reserve Best in Shows. He has won many many
Best in Groups, Puppy in Shows etc
etc etc . He was unbeaten by another male
Briard from 11 mths of age until at 4 1/2 he was
beaten by our up and coming boy Cacharel
Alea Iacta Est HIC. Bruno was the first
Briard in Australia to win his HT in herding. On two
occasions he has competed in herding events on the
Saturday then on the Sunday competed in the show ring
( without a bath!!!) winning the Group both times - a
true testament to his amazing coat texture and willing
to please temperament. |
