Farrah took over from her dam 'Cammy'
as Australia's top Briard bitch for many years. She is
the only Briard ever to win BIS at the Specialty and
BOB at Sydney Royal and she did it in the same year!
As a puppy she was virtually unbeatable, she went
through the 6-9 mth class winning Puppy in Group at
every outing. She was unbeaten in her age class at the
3 specialties she competed in. The dam of only one
litter, she was bred to Gynt,
and one of her sons, Cacharel Edvard became the first
Briard ever to win Champion Puppy in Group at a Royal
Show (Brisbane 1996). One of her daughters, Ch
Cacharel Anitra's Dance, is also a Royal BOB winner.
Farrah was also the first Briard bitch in Australia to
win a CACIB and she remains the only Briard of
Australian bloodlines to win a CACIB. Farrah was a
delight to live with, another tennis ball and squeaky
toy fanatic, she was responsible for often hiding
tennis balls in our bed . .
